  • Verification documents: CV, certificates, and profile photo.
  • Activity data: job applications and platform usage related to tutoring operations.

  • To verify tutor identity and qualifications.
  • To match tutors with students and jobs.
  • To manage scheduling, communication, and quality assurance.
  • To comply with legal requirements and protect platform safety.

  • Data is stored securely in our database and file storage system.
  • Access is role-based: only authorized administrators can review applications and documents.

  • We do not sell tutor data.
  • We may share necessary tutor details with parents/students only for tutoring arrangements (e.g., name, subjects, and contact info), when needed.
